Through a series of standards and processes predetermined by Volkswagen AG and TÜV SÜD we ensure an excellent quality service. We have held ISO 9001 certification since 2006. We aim to continuously improve, putting a specific emphasis on technology, training and an excellent service.
Technology- diagnostics, tools and installations
In addition to their academic and technical qualifications, all staff members go through certification training depending on their position and duties. Such training is provided by certified factory trainers using training material and equipment approved by the manufacturer. In addition, VW AG through its modern online training platforms, assures that its staff is kept updated regarding new trends and technologies.
Service- Client-centred processes and standards
External auditors, as well as the internal Audit and Quality Department, regularly monitor our quality standards and processes. They carry out audits and ensure continuous improvement aiming at an excellent client service. Some of the many tools used are ‘secret tests’, the complaints management system and the customer satisfaction research as well as telephone questionnaires. In this way, we ensure that we receive all messages, record all cases and continuously improve the services we offer to our customers.
