Tyre check, repair and replacement

A wide selection of tyres at attractive prices Badly worn tyres are very dangerous. Some of the problems that can be caused are sudden blowouts, hydroplaning and reduced levels of traction.

We check your tyres for: correct pressure, tread depth, date of manufacture and any sidewall damage. If they need replacement, we offer a choice of various brands and types of tyres depending on your car and the manufacturer’s specifications.

Wheel alignment

Wheels that are not properly aligned can cause problems and hazards. The car will not display correct handling characteristics; the tyres will wear out prematurely and unevenly; there will be increased fuel consumption; increased driver fatigue and so on. The car can be difficult to control in an emergency situation. We carry out an initial visual check, then we adjust the car’s wheels and its suspension system to ensure that is operating correctly and safely. We use the latest four-wheel alignment equipment as required by the vehicle manufacturer. Finally, we carry out a road test and check before the car is returned to the customer.

Wheel balancing

Unbalanced wheels can cause a continuous and annoying vibration when driving. Accelerated wear and tear will be seen on the tyres and various mechanical parts. Using specialized equipment, we place counterweights on the wheel rim. By use of the correct position and weight, correct distribution of the mass is ensured.

Air conditioning maintenance

Regular inspection and maintenance of your car’s air conditioning system ensures optimum output and a clean and healthy environment for you and your family. The annual inspection will also identify any possible problems and you will be able to avoid any unforeseen expenses.

The check includes:

- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Pollen filter replacement
- Coolant gas
- General system check

Ultrasonic cleaning is a quite new and revolutionary process. It penetrates and removes contaminants from small areas, especially in the evaporator unit.

Vehicle cleaning and valeting

We provide 24-hour roadside assistance to our clients and members of the service all over Cyprus. The service is free of charge during the term of the warranty of the car. At the expiry of the warranty the service can be renewed for an annual subscription fee. This is a service provided exclusively for Unicars clients. 24 hour reception of vehicle

You can bring your car to us any time you wish. In the afternoon or during the night just park your car in our yard. Seal the keys with your instructions in the envelopes provided, and place them in the 24 hour reception box.

Service guard - After Sales Hub

At the After Sales hub in Nicosia, a guard is on duty daily from 06:00 to 09:00 and 16:00 to 22:00. On Fridays, the schedule extends from 06:00 to 09:00 and 13:00 to 22:00, while on Sundays, the guard is available from 16:00 to 21:00. Similarly, at the After Sales hub in Limassol, a guard is present daily from 16:00 to 20:00. On Fridays, the service is available from 13:00 to 20:00, and on Sundays from 16:00 to 20:00. This arrangement allows you to conveniently drop off or pick up your vehicle outside the workshop’s regular operating hours. With this service, you can also retrieve your vehicle without any waiting time.

Mobility

Service vehicle: We provide the possibility of car rental for a fee.

Pickup and delivery: We also provide the option to pick up your vehicle from your preferred location and return it when it is ready. Please book this service when making the Service appointment. The charge of the service differs based on the pick-up / delivery area.

Rental car: You can rent a car at preferential rates while your car is in our workshop. Please contact us for further details.

Service History - Service book

By completing the service book we record all service work carried out on the vehicle, such as vehicle checks, oil changes, general inspections and fuel checks. If you decide to sell your car, it will be the proof that the vehicle
